Losing weight isn’t a miracle — it’s simple math.  Your body needs to burn more calories than you intake during a single day.  If you can accomplish this one simple thing, you’ll lose weight.   You can do this by:

1.  Exercise.  This is the basic fundamental aspect of any weight loss plan.  You must work your pounds off, and not sit infront of a television screen all day “wishing” them away.

2.  Eat healthy.  Low on fats, low on processed foods.  Eat food that comes from nature.

3.  Drink water.  Cleanses the body of dirty chemicals and burns calories.  Drink 8-10 glasss a day.

4.  Don’t eat past 8 PM.

5.  Have balanced meals.  Don’t have a couple of large ones, have several small meals throughout the day.
