All of the advice, training, techniques, diet plans, supplements, etc., in the world will not matter if you don’t get off of your butt and start getting into action. It’s crucial to keep in mind that motivation simply doesn’t happen overnight. It is something that you work toward and make happen every single day. If you have numerous reasons to keep on exercising and dieting, you’ll keep on moving. Alternatively, if you don’t tell yourself you don’t have any reasons to keep on trucking forward — you won’t.
Here are some things you can tell yourself each day to help keep you motivated:
- Always know your weight loss goals. You want to work toward them and beach them.
- Strive to lose weight before a certain big date. You always want to look good on a vacation, at a wedding, at a graduation, etc — use those milestone dates to drive you.
- Think about the positive feeling you’ll have after you struggle to workout, even if you don’t want to
- Think about the reward you’ll give yourself if you finish your workout/diet for the day. Maybe you’ll be able to buy a new pair of clothes, or get a little piece of dessert tonight.

I agree. Prepare to suceed. I think preperation is the key. We also need to pick ourselves back up if we fall.
I use appetite suppresants such as Ephedra but without a plan it wouldnt make any difference
